If you are using a 3G SIM card, you need a new SIM that supports 4G. So, you need to visit the nearest Ncell Centre, Ncell Pasal or an authorised Ncell outlet to upgrade your SIM card, or use our FREE Home Delivery Service.

How can I check whether my SIM card is 4G or not?
You can dial *324# or type Q and send an SMS to 324 to check whether you are using a 3G SIM or a 4G SIM.

What else do I need to use 4G in my 4G SIM?
Once you have the 4G supported SIM, you now need a 4G compatible handset and also you need to be in the 4G network coverage area.
