1) Are Combo Pack available for all customer?
Yes, all Prepaid and Postpaid plan customer can purchase the products. However, only Prepaid consumers can activate Combo Pack with per day resource i.e. Rs. 798 and Rs. 998 offer. These products are not applicable for Mero Plan and Postpaid plan.
2) Can I make a call on any network after activating Combo Packs?
Yes, you can enjoy talk time on any network with Combo Pack.
3) Does Nonstop mean one can call Ncell to Ncell unlimited calls?
One can enjoy Nonstop On-net voice for 5000min (FUP) till pack validity. One can buy other packs at best prices at *17118#
4) Can I use the allocated Data resource to browse any internet content?
Yes, the Data volume on Combo Pack can be used at any time and for any internet contents. However, Endless combo pack i.e. Rs.25 packs resources can be used at the dedicated time only.
5) Will I be able to send SMS to any network?
Rs.789 and Rs.998 Combo packs only offer our customer with bonus All net SMS which can share across any network. However, one can buy All net SMS packs by dialing *17119# and chat across any network at best rates.
