What are the loyalty benefits?

1. The offer has been launched to appreciate the loyalty of our special customers.
2. Upon successful enrollment, customers can earn 1 Loyalty Point per Re. 1 spending.
3. The collected Loyalty Points can be used to redeem different Offers.
4. The offers include Ncell data packs & voice packs as well as discounts and free offers from other service providers.

Who are eligible for Loyalty Program?
Customers who are continuously with us in Ncell network are eligible for Loyalty Program.

How is Tier Level determined?
Upon enrollment into the Loyalty program, you will receive welcome message and 100 bonus loyalty points. Your default Tier level will be “Silver.” You can upgrade to higher tier levels with increase in total earned points.

How to check the Loyalty Balance and redeem offers?

In the Ncell App, on the top right corner of your home screen, click on the Menu tab. Go to Profile> My Loyalty. You can see your loyalty card with balance, expiry date etc. You have below options/tab:

• Loyalty Information (Brief Info about Loyalty Program)
• Offer (Redeem offers -available Ncell packs, other discount offers etc. using loyalty points)
• Transaction History (query redemption of loyalty points done during daily/weekly/monthly period)

What will happen if I do not redeem loyalty points for long time? 
If you do not use your loyalty points for certain time periods, your points will expire. Keep earning points and enjoy redeeming loyalty offers.

What is Merchant offer in Loyalty Program?
The Merchant offers are discounts at various loyalty partners' outlet which loyalty customers can obtain by redeeming loyalty points.
