My Plan

1. What is My Plan?
My Plan is a custom-based plan where customers can make their own plan by choosing Voice, Data and SMS as per their requirements. My Plan is available for all corporate and postpaid plans. Currently, there are 2 types of My Plan which are available, i.e. My Plan 500 and My Plan Flexi.

2. What can I get in My Plan 500?
With My Plan 500, customers can choose any combination of Voice, Data, and SMS as per their requirement and make their own plan for just Rs. 500 (incl. tax). Customer will get FREE business hours (call and SMS within Ncell network during 6 AM to 6 PM). For example, below could be one of the plan combinations.

               

3. What can I get in My Plan Flexi?
With the My Plan Flexi, customers can choose any combination of Voice, Data, and SMS as per their requirement and make their own plan. The starting price is Rs. 500 (incl. taxes), and the plan price will be determined based on the customer's resource selection. Customer will also get FREE business hours (call and SMS within Ncell network during 6 AM to 6 PM). The more resources you choose, the lower the rates you will be offered.

Note: The plan price will be based on as per the resource (Voice, Data or SMS) selection. Maximum selection of resources are 200GB Data, 2500 min Voice and 2500 SMS.

4. What do I get in business hours?
In business hours, you can call or SMS to any Ncell number between 6 AM to 6 PM. You will get 2500 minutes of talktime and 1000 SMS (within Ncell network) in business hours.

5. How can I choose My Plan if I am an Ncell user?
Please install the Ncell app (via the Play Store or App Store) and follow the below steps.

  1. Go to Ncell App > tap the three-line bar (the menu bar) in the top-right corner > Tap on the profile > On the drop-down list, select My Plan.
  2. You will see "Fix My Plan and Customize My Plan."
  3. Go to any of these plans and select the resource (Voice, Data, or SMS) as per your requirement.

6. How can I choose My Plan if I am not an Ncell user?
Please visit the nearest Ncell Centre for your assistance.

7. What are the required documents I should bring to get the plan when visiting the Ncell Centre?

For individual customers:

  1. PP-sized photo
  2. Citizenship/License/Passport
  3. Business ID

For corporate houses:

  1. Valid company registration document
  2. Valid tax registration document (PAN/VAT)
  3. Citizenship, license, or passport of the owner for sole proprietorship or partnership firms
  4. Company seal
  5. Duly signed corporate registration form
  6. Application on the company’s letterhead stating the quantity and other details of the subscription.

8. What if my resource is completely used up?
You can use PayG mode, or you can buy a Data, Voice, or SMS pack as per your requirements.

9. What is the PayG rate on this plan?

10. What will be the Plan Cycle?
Both type of My Plan will have 30 days cycle.

11. What if I fail to pay the My Plan Price?
Your outgoing calls, data and SMS will be restricted to one direction.

12. Can I change into My Plan from existing Postpaid Plan?
Yes. You can change from any postpaid plan to My Plan through Ncell App as mentioned in question 5.

13. Can I change back to my previous old plan from My Plan?
You cannot change to your old plan from Ncell App. You must visit nearest Ncell Center to change from My Plan to Biz Plus Plans.

14. Can I change from My Plan 500 to My Plan Flexi or vice versa?
Yes. You can follow the same process of plan change as we have for other plans. You can simply change from My Plan 500 to My Plan Flexi (or vice versa) from Ncell App.

15. What should I do if I want to change my selection of Voice, Data or SMS in My Plan (My Plan 500 or My Plan Flexi)?
You can follow below steps:

  1. Change My Plan (My Plan 500 or My Plan Flexi) to transit plan. Transit plan does not have activation charge.
  2. Again, you can change back to My Plan (My Plan 500 or My Plan Flexi) and you can change your resource selection at the same time.

16. If I want to do plan change to My Plan or change the resource selection in My Plan, then by when I must do?
You can change the plan or change resource selection in My Plan before rental cycle of your current Plan (Recommended: 1 day prior to rental cycle)

17. What will happen to my existing resource if I change to My Plan before rental cycle?
The existing remaining resource from your previous plan will be carried forward and validity of the resource will remain same as before.

18. What if I am prepaid user and want to have My Plan?
You can visit nearest Ncell Centre and request for My Plan. You will be charged Rs. 100 (Pre to Pro fee). Your plan will change to temporary transit plan. After that, you can change to My Plan on your own via Ncell App.

19. Am I charged activation fee for transit plan?
No, activation charge for transit plan is FREE.

20. How long can I stay in transit plan?
Transit plan is for changing the resource selection in My Plan. Hence, you must change from transit plan to My Plan in 3 days.

21. What if I remain in transit plan?
Rental charge of Rs. 50 will be charged in every 3 days.

22. What will be the PayG rate in transit plan?
PayG rate on this plan will Rs. 1.52/per minute for Voice (both Ncell to Ncell and Ncell to Other), Rs. 1.27/SMS (both Ncell to Ncell and Ncell to Other) and Rs. 1.27/MB for data without tax.

23. What if I fail to pay the rental fee?
Your outgoing calls, data and SMS will be restricted to one direction.
