How do I activate the data packs?
Dial *17108# and select ‘Data Packs’ from the list of options, select ‘Onetime biz+ Data Pack’ from the list of options and finally choose between the 3 GB or 5 GB packs as per need.

How do I activate the data packs via SMS?
You can also type ‘O 3GB’ or ‘O 5GB’ and send it to 17108 to activate the data packs.

If I am already using a biz+ Onetime Data Pack, can I purchase it again?
Yes, you can activate biz+ Onetime Data Packs multiple times. This means that if you are using a biz+ Onetime Data Pack currently, you can purchase another biz+ Onetime Data Pack on top of it, without exhausting the previous pack.

What is biz+ Recurring Data Packs?
biz+ Recurring data packs are the special recurring 30 days and monthly datapack for biz+ plans.

How many different biz+ Recurring Data Packs available?

Is it available for all the customers?
No, biz+ recurring data pack is available only for biz+ plans. 8 GB and 15GB data pack is available for biz+ 649 and above plans only.

What is the validity of the packs?
Recurring data packs have the validity of 30 days (for biz+ 30 days plans) or Nepali Monthly validity (for biz+ monthly plans).

How can I activate the recurring data packs?
Dial *17108#, select ‘Data Packs’ from the list of options, select ‘Recurring Biz Plus Monthly Pack’ for biz+ Monthly Plans or ‘Recurring Biz Plus 30 days Pack’ for biz+30 days Plans from the list of options and finally choose required data pack available.

If I am already using a biz+ recurring data pack, can I purchase it again?
No, you cannot purchase biz+ recurring data pack multiple times or multiple recurring data packs. You must deactivate the existing data pack and purchase the new one.

Will deactivation of recurring data pack will remove my unused recurring data volume?
You can use the unused data volume even after recurring data pack deactivation. You can use it till the validity.
