Activate MY5 service and talk to your favourite 5 at the CUG rate.

Ncell Pro subscribers can now make a circle of 5 Ncell numbers to talk at the CUG rate. This service is not limited within a Corporate account as you can now add any Ncell number, even prepaid numbers, as your favourite number.

The per minute charge will be as below:

Plus	0.35
Premium	0.10

All the charges mentioned are exclusive of taxes.(Government taxes include :- 13% Telecommunication Service Charge and 13% VAT)

Monthly Service Fee
You will be charged with a monthly service fee of Rs 20/month (exclusive of taxes) .

Activation
To activate the service, type A and send it to 9010 and press 1 to confirm.
For eg : A to 9010

Addition
To add any Ncell number as your favourite number, type ADD followed by space the mobile number you want to add and send it to 9010. Press 1 to confirm.
For eg :  ADD<space>9802123451 to 9010

Deletion  
To delete any number from your MY5 circle type DEL followed by space the mobile number you want to delete and send it to 9010. Press 1 to confirm.
For eg : DEL<space>9802123451 to 9010

Modification
To modify the numbers in your MY5 circle, that is to replace an old number with a new one, type M followed by space the old number you want to replace followed by a space and the new number you want to add and send it to 9010. Press 1 to confirm.
For eg:  M<space>9802123451<space>9802100247
For each modification you will be charged Rs 10.
 
You can also activate the service by simply dialing 9010 OR *9010# and then follow the instructions. 

Query
If you want to know the numbers in your circle, type F and send it to 9010.
For eg: F to 9010

Deactivate
To deactivate the service, type R and send it to 9010.
For eg: R to 9010
