6. Is multiple subscription of different plan allowed?
Multiple subscription of different plan is not allowed.
7. What happens if I have low balance at the time of subscribing to the service?
To subscribe the service, you should have enough main balance on your account.
8. Can I enjoy the service after free minutes over?
You have to take top up @ Rs 3 for 30 minutes. For top up you have to call on IVR and follow below instructions.

9. How can I check my music station balance minutes?
You need to type BAL and sent to it 17140. You will get music station balance minute info via SMS or you can call on 17140 Press 0 for help  Press 2. 
10. How can I dedicate the song to other mobile number?
You need to dial IVR short code 17140 and follow the below instruction.
Dial 17140 Select any category while listening the song press 5 for dedication  Press 1 to enter mobile number of your friend/loved one Press 1 to confirm
After follow the above instruction, your dedication will be sent to your friend/loved one.
11. How can I get DAC code of the song?
You need to dial IVR short code 17140 and choose any category of song while listening the song press 7 to get direct access code of the song.
12. How can I search my favorite song?
You need to follow below instruction for song search.
Dial 17140 >Press 5 for Song Search > Press 2 to enter DAC code of the song
After follow the above instruction, you favorite song will be playing.
