Scope of work:

  • Consultant shall conduct support, advice and finalize in selection of agency contracting and SOP and deployment.
  • Consultant  shall develop RFP and Framework for agency selection
  • Consultant  shall facilitate agency evaluation and selection process
  • Consultant shall work in finalization of contract and negotiation for the agency to come on board.
  • Consultant shall analyze and understands existing process and business needs and provide consultancy support accordingly.
  • The service provide shall develop an  SOP and Roles and responsibilities matrix along with marketing team structure
  • Consultant shall train marketing team on roles, KPIs, methodology for agency evaluation and SOP to be followed through classroom workshop method.

Request for Proposal for Digital Agency

Scope of work:

Strategy
  • Develop strategy for the digital media marketing based on Ncell’s brand promise and business objectives to devise the yearly roadmap. The strategy, KPI and roadmap to be reviewed every quarter for possible deviations and improvements.
Outputs: 
  • Yearly communication strategy along with the tone of voice.
  • Yearly KPI broken down to quarterly plans.
 
Planning
  • Devise content calendar to plan and execute in all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedInsee note below and Twitter as mirroring).
  • Devise detailed media planning to ensure consistent and high visibility in all major ad networks through engagement activities, brand and tactical campaigns.
Outputs: 
  • Yearly content calendar based on the strategy broken down to monthly activity plans and posting schedules. 
  • Media planning for media buy in Facebook, Instagram and Google. 
  • At least 1 hero video or digital campaign every month. 
  • At least 20 hygiene contents in the social media platforms every month.
 
Execution
  • Generate ideas and create/direct/develop contents for all social media platforms that Ncell has presence in to ensure consistent contents.
  • Execute media buy, execution and optimization of the ad placements in consultation with Ncell’s Brand & Digital Marketing team.
  • Upload, post contents in social media channels as per the created calendar.
Outputs: 
  • All type of fresh creative works (photo, video, GIF, etc.) required for all the social media contents. 
  • Adaptations from ATL campaigns for social media and local online portals (photo, video, GIF, etc.).
  • Creative direction for all content, photos and videos required for the content. 
  • Any photography or videography production work to be charged as per actual. 
  • Copywriting and creative writing for all these creative content in English and Nepali as required per campaign.
  • Media buying in Facebook and Google Ad Networks, continuous monitoring and optimization.
  • Upload contents in all social media platforms as per schedule.
 
Monitoring
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from the monitoring of social media platforms – for content, ads and trends.
  • Monitor and suggest best practices, trends and activities within and outside Nepal. 
Outputs:
  • Liaise with Ncell team on daily basis for day-to-day work and updates.
  • Provide weekly report of posts and ads via video call.
  • Monthly face-to-face meeting with Ncell team in Kathmandu to update on strategy, KPI and works in pipeline.
  • Provide and incorporate suggestions about trends and best practices in and outside Nepal.
  • Activity tracking of the top 3 social media brands in Nepal.
 
Community Management: 
  • Quality check and control of responses made in social media channels in adherence to the “tone of voice” guide of the brand and provide a general report and suggestion on the same.
Outputs:
  • A guide book on the tone of voice or standard response template.
  • Report on monitoring of responses made on Facebook and Twitter and provide suggestion for improvisation.

  • Organization structure with names proposed for Ncell
  • Monthly retainer amount for all the creative work as mentioned above including the scope of personnel who does media planning and buying
  • Please provide the costing for LinkedIn as “add-on” only and do not include in the monthly retainer
  • At least 1 case study of a digital campaign done for an international/multi-national brand
  • At least 1 case study of a digital campaign done for a telecom in Asia
  • At least 1 case study of the best digital campaign done by the agency

Scope of Work:
 
1. Should be able to develop the retail guideline aligned with the Ncell brand strategy
2. Ability to propose the store design that enables the process to track in-store customer journey
3. The flagship concept should provide customers the chance to experience the new Brand Promise – Today. Tomorrow. Together
4. Should be able to showcase the use of digital technology to enhance in-store experience with process optimization
5. Should be able to show the use of flagship store as a place to connect with people & preview them the emerging technologies

Request for Proposal for Cost optimization and KPI Design

Scope of Works for Cost Optimization
  • Conduct a detailed cost diagnostics exercise across verticals to come up with tactical and strategic initiatives to improve Ncell’s cost structure
  • Break down the overall OPEX into functional bucket and then further analyse each functional bucket to identify key drivers comparing each driver against global benchmarks
  • Analyze each cost driver to identify cost reduction levers and come up with detailed hypothesis for cost reduction across verticals
  • Strategic global partnerships and proprietary tools to run detailed analytics across data points to identify strategic cost optimization initiatives across themes such as digitization, automation, etc. that would result in a more agile and future ready organization
  • Additional emphasis on the digital solutions, impacting both internal and external operations, using your Digital Playbook and aligning initiatives to Jio Case study
  • Conduct detailed sizing using proprietary cost models for each of the identified opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to the management highlighting potential savings, ease of solution deployment and risks associated
  • Post management’s buy-in, detailed implementation plan including detailed activities, inter-dependencies, risk registers and associated governance structure 
  • Support Ncell in rolling out key tactical and long term strategic initiatives using global best practices and time-tested project management tools
  • Support Ncell in establishing cost prudence culture by applying Cost Optimisation Culture Framework for sustained benefits
 
Scope of Works for KPI Design and Monitoring
 
  • Based on proprietary studies across telcos and global telecom benchmarks across markets, support Ncell in designing performance impacting KPIs for key stakeholders across verticals
  • Conduct detailed workshops to design key KPIs aligning to Ncell’s business strategy and categorize these KPIs based on their criticality, significance to Management committee, and nature such as leading vs lagging indicators
  • Conduct detailed workshops with key stakeholders across functions to highlight the KPIs to be circulated and define their significance
  • Translate KPIs to all CXOs and C-1 level
  • Define and set-up KPI monitoring office including tools, processes and templates along with detailed governance structure
  • Identify stakeholders and develop communication plan of CEO/management scorecard KPIs
  • Design and finalize communication plan, governance and cadence for KPI updates, along with market information tracker
  • Develop the review methodology:
    • Monitor the KPIs across functions and categories weekly
    • Compare the KPIs with pre-merger performance and industry benchmarks
    • Study underlying drivers and benchmark with market dynamics
    • Assess patterns on the lagging and leading indicators to pre-empt any forthcoming risk or challenge
  • Update group strategy team as per set credence
